Good evening. Can I drink Elevit and Calcemin simultaneously? Or is the calcium in Elevit enough for two trimesters? Thank you in advance.

Вы аккуратней с избытком кальция. Узнайте свое содержание в крови и посмотрите сколько вам рекомендовано. Избыток кальция очень вреден организму, как и избыток многих других элементов

Все назначается потвашим анализам на кальций, если его не достаточно в вашем организме то можно конечо. Мне назначали пить с 24ой недели две недели
