My promised post! about Planned Cesarean section). This is my third child, I've had two natural births before, and one Cesarean section. Every child is six years apart. So I have something to compare with. The first births were very difficult, 41 weeks, at 10 pm with contractions and in the morning at 10 am I gave birth, the baby was large, there were ruptures, and because I was young and inexperienced in this, everything was difficult. But for the second births I prepared, proper nutrition, yoga practice, often walked, took a warm bath every day, as a result I gave birth at 38 weeks. At 9 am traffic cleared and at 4 pm contractions began, she gave birth at 11 pm. Easy, without tearing or pain, she recovered very quickly. Finally, her third pregnancy. The ophthalmologist did not allow her to give birth alone, he said high myopia, astigmatism, -8, thin cornea, not suitable for laser correction. Said not to risk and it's better to have a planned cesarean. I gained 9 kg throughout the pregnancy. And due to quarantine, I was more at home, eating everything in sight, no sports, in general, I enjoyed my pregnancy. I started tracking only at 20 weeks. During this time, I just walked for ultrasounds and took tests for myself. In 36 weeks I started looking for a doctor, read online forums, compared prices, called at the maternity hospital to find out everything. In the end, I stopped my choice on 3 maternity hospitals, Dr. Marat Zamankovich. I found him through Google, based on reviews from those who recently gave birth. I wrote to a mom on her email and got his number, called him, agreed. He said the sum was 150 thousand. He said payment would only be made after we perform the operation. We set the date for planned Cesarean section on September 1st. He said after 6 hours not to eat, just drink water, and in the morning on an empty stomach at 8 am to come to the maternity hospital for the operation, with compression stockings, 2 adult diapers, and water. On September 1st I arrived, took tests and at 9:40 we were taken for surgery. I had a pre-operative anxiety attack, I was very nervous, two nurses took me to the operating room, helped me change clothes, I already had compression stockings on, they put a cap on my head, then I needed to remove my shirt, sat on the bedpan, as I need to be changed before surgery, pressure was measured, after that the anesthesiologist came, started asking questions about allergies and so on, how many surgeries were done and so on, then he gave me a spinal anesthetic in my back, it wasn't too painful, I cried out)) at this moment there was warmth in my leg, the doctor asked what I felt, and when I didn't feel my legs anymore, they helped me At that moment I started shaking, my hands and teeth, like it was cold... I tried to calm down, looked at the child all the time, how they were dressed, how they measured their height and weight. As they dressed the child, I brought them to me, she's so tiny, my life. I kissed and sniffed her, and after that they took her away. The operation lasted about 30 minutes in total. I was born at 10:37 AM. After being wheeled in on a stretcher, they sent me to the resuscitation room. There, in the ward with me were another four women after cesarean section. They put ice on my belly, they give painkillers, and every half hour they came to check my uterus, it's just awful!!!! They crush you with such force that you wonder if your uterus is shrinking. At that moment, you're lying in diapers, everything flows from you, and an hour later they make you go to the bathroom. I couldn't take any painkillers because I have asthma and an allergy to them. I took myself some misoprostol, in the resuscitation I took it, an hour later I could already walk, at 4 pm we were transferred to the general ward, they brought the baby, I could already walk to the toilet by myself, but bent over. I felt pain, but it was bearable, by the second day I was already much better. I was lying down from September 1st to 4th. We were discharged. We're home now. I feel great. If they ask me what is better - natural childbirth or planned cesarean section, I will answer cesarean section. I think if you find a good doctor, everything goes quickly and without pain. I attached a photo after 5 days of cesarean section.
