My mother gave birth at 34 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший период для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 34, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
