My mother gave birth at 35 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 35, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
