My mom gave birth at 35 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I expect that childbirth will go smoothly too?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 35, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
