My mother gave birth at 35 years old easily. I had no problems with her during my childhood, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий период для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 35, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
