My mother gave birth at 35 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 35, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
