My mom gave birth at 38 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing is that I am the same age. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 38, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
