Hello everyone) I'm giving blood for tests tomorrow Blood test at 8:45 am, I get up at 7:00 am as I take my child to kindergarten I know that you need to be fasting but damn, if I don't eat, I will feel sick and may even start vomiting ? What can I eat before the tests so that the results don't fluctuate too much? Crackers, cookies?
