My mom gave birth at 45 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's unexpected is that I'm of the same age. Can I also hope for smooth childbirth?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 45, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
