My mom gave birth at 45 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my womb. What unexpected thing: I am as old as them. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный период для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с определенными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 45, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
