My mom gave birth at 45 years old easily. She never had any problems during my pregnancy, I grew up a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 45, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
