My mom gave birth at 47 years old easily. She never had any complications with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 47, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
