My mom gave birth at 48 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm in the same age group. Can I also count on easy childbirth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут возникать среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 48, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
