My mother gave birth at 48 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm in the same age category as she was during her pregnancy. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

В действительности не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 48, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
