У детей тонкая эмаль очень, думаю, что из-за этого так кажется. Если переживаете,то покажите педиатру

Lyaisan, Спасибо вам большое !) Сын очень яростно грызёт мебель и были кровоподтёки еще, переживала , что зубки испортит
