Hello! Ladies, does anyone know about grants? I am a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, my husband is a citizen of Russia, our child is currently applying for Russian citizenship. Can we apply for monthly benefits?

Конечно можете,папа так же имеет право на оформление детских пособий,ему надо будет обратиться в МФЦ,там ему всё расскажут.
