Hello girls, has anyone had symphysis pubis pain during pregnancy? I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant, with a separation of 7mm, they said up to 1cm is normal. But the pain is very strong, especially at night. I'm afraid that the ligament might separate during childbirth, has anyone experienced this? Did you give birth via C-section or vaginally? How do you think it would be best?
