У меня тоже так. Врачи сказали что норма, потому что это больше из за давления. А когда мне померили давление все норм было, и сказали что нет ничего страшного

Сдайте анализ : коагулограмму , Оак . Проконсультироваться с лор врачом , может сосуды лопаются из-за слабости
