Не будете, универсальное это и есть путинские, просто по названиям все объединили, но до 3 лет вашего малыша вы можете получать путинские , не подавая на универсальное , по универсальным условия жестче, там ещё смотрят на движимое и недвижимое имущество, вклады , депозиты

Я прочитала , что путинские выплаты прекратятся в 2023, получается до 2-х лет вы ещё получите, а потом только на универсальное подавать. Я лично так поняла.
