Good day everyone! Pregnancy is 20 weeks (full). Yesterday evening and now a little sore nipples, I decided to look, maybe something's wrong and I discovered a small "cap" when I pressed on the breast at the nipple, transparent droplets started to come out (without smell, color, consistency like water or syrup). What could it be? Breast milk?! Who has encountered this?
