Hello everyone! Because of the terrible frost, it's very cold at home. I'm wearing warm clothes and turned on the heater. But I still got sick (a strong cough and my nose is stuffed up). What was given for coughing? I give a dropper of May oil and drink water with it. Suggest something else ??
