Hello girls ☺️ Baby is 2.5 months old. Three to four days ago, started spitting up, slightly choking and often sticking out his tongue, probably because of swollen gums. In the morning, he has a hoarse voice, and a wet cough (two to three times). Probably due to spit-up. Nose seems blocked, I use drops but suck them all up clean, lungs are clear, anyone had this? Don't know if it's a cold or something else.
