?Филана?, А удалить хотят, чтоб не лопнула во время беременности, это опасно. У меня лопалась киста в яичник, хорошего мало. лучше уж удалить.

Зависит от типа кисты. Фолликулярная может уменьшиться, остальные сами не рассасываются
