Добрый вечер! При беременности я ничего не трогаю, так как бушуют гормоны, сделаете чистку может не так пойти процесс. Лучше не рисковать. Если вы уверены, что ничего не будет, то это ваш выбор)

Не то что безопасно . А бесполезно. Лучше после родов через 6 месяцев. А сейчас можете домашний уход.
