Please tell me! Back pain and difficulty walking, as if there's weight in my stomach, is this normal at 29 weeks of pregnancy?

Нет не совсем нормально,вам надо на УЗИ,чтобы исключить тонус как минимум и другие угрозы,лучше не тянуть.Так отдыхать физически возможно и половой покой.

Сходите сначала на узи, а потом к гинекологу.
