My daughter loves dried fruits very much. Especially raisins, figs and dates. We try not to buy her cookies and chocolate instead, we give her these dried fruits. She loves raisins so much that I started worrying if there is too much sugar in them and how well they digest? In a day, I give her about 100 grams. That's about 20 pieces of raisins somewhere... sometimes I add them to porridge as on the photo.
