She's been sleeping only for an hour in daytime naps for five days now. She used to sleep up to 3 hours maximum. Now she wakes up immediately after an hour. What is it connected with?

Здравствуйте. У нас тоже доча стала меньше спать днем, зато ночной сон стал длинным и спокойнее. У гас днем спит час или полтора. Больше будет спать только если я усну рядом
