Пила метилфолат с момента как узнала что беременна, заказывала с айхерб, это активная форма фолиевой кислоты , усваивается гораздо лучше чем обычная аптечная фолька;

Привет, до сих пор пью. два раза в день по одной таблетке.

Вообще фолиевую пьют до 12 недель. Потом от нее смысла нет .гениколог сразу убрала мне ее
