Я родила в Керуене там меня вот прям хорошо научили, и вроде у них есть курсы для мам как прикладывать там есть неонатолаги они хорошо помогают прикладывать может спросите но мне прям помогли с первым из за боли на сосках пришлось использовать накладки так с ними я и ходила а вот со второй помогли там ттт все хорошо сейчас и соски норм не болят и грудь хорошо
