Укрепляйте иммунитет дочке и вам тоже. Понимаю вас, так как в такой же примерно ситуации была с родственниками и гостями. Особо раздражала когда сами взрослые простуженные подходили брали на руки или сидели над ребенком. Выздоравливайте и легкой беременности вам. ?

Осипший голос надо показывать врачу, возможно начало спазма гортани(тут только гормон), сбалансированное питание и вам и дочке,проветривания и закаливания.Гроприносин имеет смысл только при вирусе герпеса,да и постоянно вы же не будете его давать,его дают курсом и имеет ряд ограничений
