Привет! Моя дочка тоже сосала пальчик после отучения от груди. Я начала обращать внимание на это поведение и каждый раз, когда она сосала пальчик, нежно отводила его от рта и предлагала ей игрушку или что-то другое для отвлечения. Также я поощряла ее, когда она не сосала пальчик, хвалила и дарила маленькие подарки. Постепенно дочка перестала сосать пальчик, потому что поняла, что есть другие способы успокоиться или развлечься.
