Доброй ночи! Мы используем подгузники Pampers Premium Care в такую жару. Они очень тонкие, но в то же время надежно защищают от протеканий. Можете попробовать их, они подойдут и для ночного времени.

на ночь одеваю тоже екосан, в них не появляется никакого раздражения и опрелостей за всю ночь, в других преем, даже супер тонких.
