Mommies, my son recently got sick and we treated him. 1 day went to kindergarten and again his nose started to stuff up. What can I do? It's not possible to constantly clean with an aspirator, and without it, phlegm doesn't come out. He is trying to sniffle, but not much comes out. Can you tell me what to do?

Если сопли не выходят, можно попробовать использовать солевой раствор для носа. Это поможет разжидить слизь и облегчить дыхание. Также можно проветривать помещение, увлажнять воздух и обеспечить достаточное питье для увлажнения слизистой оболочки носа. Если проблема сохраняется, лучше обратиться к врачу для консультации и назначения лечения.

чистить аспиратором тщательно и промывать,увлажнять нос,проветривать ,пить и гулять
