Newborn almost 3 weeks old. As usual at night he couldn't pee, fussed, cried when it happened and I changed diaper, noticed that the anus was inflamed, red and like a rash on the skin... What could this be? Could it be because I missed changing dirty diapers and they were lying with dirty diapers?
