Добрый вечер! Для ребенка 3.5 лет дозировка Ибуфен Д Форте может быть 200 мг (5 мл сиропа) 2-3 раза в сутки при температуре или боли. Однако, рекомендуется всегда консультироваться с врачом перед применением любого лекарства.

Надо смотреть по весу ,если дозировка 100мг/5 мл ,то вес делить пополам,если 200 мг/5 мл то вес пополам и ещё раз пополам
