Nothing special. I eat everything. No restrictions. The only thing is that I either don't eat or very rarely eat fast food, smoked foods, pickles, and carbonated drinks. I eat a lot of meat, vegetables, and greens, and from fruits, not much but mainly citrus (grapefruit, orange, mandarin, pomelo) and I always drink tea with lemon.
Chocolate is very allergenic, citrus fruits, red products/fruits/berries, strong sweets. Anything that causes you to have gas, chicken eggs are also not recommended by the doctor for the first week or two, cabbage, fried food; it's better to boil or steam it.
Nuts, citrus fruits, and dairy were eliminated with one because there was an allergy. With the other two, there were no problems; I ate everything in moderation, only minimizing allergens.
