The girls are 2 months and 1 week old. During the day, they sleep well, about 5-6 hours, but at night they only sleep for 15-30 minutes at a time, falling asleep between 7-8 in the morning. What should I do to get their nighttime sleep back on track?

You've mixed up day and night. Gradually change the routine. Wake the child up during the day. Plus, introduce rituals before bedtime. For us, it's bathing, white noise, darkness.

Кристина , The baby is 2 months old, why wake him up? And even if you wanted to, he won't wake up if he's been awake all night... Don't worry, over time the sleep schedule will get better. Try to get some sleep during the day along with the baby.
