Hello everyone, I am currently 7-8 weeks pregnant. When I sleep, my fingers go numb. ? Has anyone else experienced this? Is it strange to have this at such an early stage?

Hello! There is no need to panic, this phenomenon is quite common among pregnant women. It usually occurs due to nerve compression during sleep or due to changes in circulation. However, if this problem concerns you too much or becomes constant, it is better to consult a doctor. Also, remember to monitor your lifestyle, including proper nutrition, moderate physical activity, and rest. Everything will be fine!

I experienced the same thing. Then my legs started to go numb. You should see a doctor and have them prescribe you magnesium.

Катя Та, Hello, how did the pregnancy go? Did you give birth? Was everything alright with the baby?

My fingers were numb in my hands, but for a longer period and not only during sleep, but constantly, it's because of pinched nerves in the shoulders and neck. Have someone give you a light massage of the shoulders and neck after sleep, and see how much better it feels.

Check your heart and cervical spine. It would be good for you to see a neurologist.
