Nausea during pregnancy is a common occurrence, caused by changes in hormonal levels and progesterone levels. Here are some tips that can help you cope with nausea: 1. Eat small portions of food, but more frequently. Avoid overeating. 2. Avoid fatty, spicy, and pungent foods. 3. Drink plenty of water and avoid dehydration. 4. Consume foods rich in protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins. 5. Avoid smells that can trigger your nausea. 6. Try consuming ginger, which can help manage nausea. 7. Try meditation or relaxing breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve well-being. If you experience severe nausea, be sure to consult a doctor to get advice and prescribe treatment.

Try not to go hungry, eat small portions. If you feel really bad, you can get an IV drip, vitamins. But a doctor's consultation is needed! An IV drip really helped me when I couldn't eat properly for 3 days.

Nothing was helping me until the morning sickness passed on its own in the 17th week. I was nauseous 24/7.

Светлана , Similarly. We just need to get through this time?? and eat what doesn't make you nauseous, everyone has their own thing that works. For me, only grapes were acceptable.

According to clinical guidelines for the treatment of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy, mild cases of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy are treated with Normadox tablets (containing doxylamine and vitamin B6) or ginger capsules. If vomiting occurs more than 5-6 times a day, with nausea, urges to vomit, and unpleasant stomach sensations lasting more than 12 hours a day, it is advisable to seek hospitalization for treatment to prevent dehydration.
