Извините если не по теме, но До года подтекание обычно норма. У меня было подтекание до 5-6 месяцев точно. Вам упражнения кегеля нужно делать. Если не пройдет конечно нужно задуматься об операции

До полугода это норма.Тяжелое нельзя поднимать.У меня было до 8 месяцев я обратилась к остеопату и он на первом сеансе сразу все исправил.
