Hello. 21 week of pregnancy is painful in the lower abdomen, it pulls the ligament even walking hurts afterwards, then it lets go and after some time again.

Не тяните с этим и сходите к врачу лучше или на узи пусть посмотрят, главное что бы выделений не было

Дааа такое при беременности бывает, это значит тонус матки, прописывают какие-то свечи и тд а так это норм
