Если ребенок ползает по коврику детскому , то может натерла. А так покажите врачу , может и ноготь врос.

Да, восполнение похоже. Ножку в водичку с солью теплую подержать и на ночь пластырь с левомеколем. Нам так врач советовал помогало сразу на утро.
