Если голова болит от низкого давления -кофе или пол таблетки цитромона, если от высокого, то пол таблетки папаверина. Если давление в норме, то ношпа снимет спазм. Для дёсен самая мягкая щетка, паста Элмекс и полоскать стоматофитом, если кровоточит, можно ещё слабым содовым раствором.
