У меня тоже были. Без крови, коричневые выделения с запахом. Взяли анализы, повышенные лейкоциты и эритроциты. Прописали вагинальные свечи, прошло через 2-3 дня. Но не занимайтесь самолечением. Проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
