I am 11 weeks pregnant. I just wanted to know normally when I go to the bathroom... Like passing a stool my left side pains. Is it normal or should I be worried?

Am 18weeks pregnant but am having pains whenever is sit on my bums, have done test and it's not pile neither is it infection, hope the pains is normal
