Hello ? Girls, could you please tell me if yesterday evening I had stomach cramps, fell asleep, didn't eat anything. Woke up in the evening because of coughing and a sour feeling in my throat, like a lump, I want to spit it out but it won't come out. Layed back down to sleep, woke up again because something was thrown up. In the morning, my lower abdomen hurt, now it seems to have let go. Is this body cleaning itself and preparing for childbirth?
