Girls, please tell me what you feel during practice contractions? I'm already having my second time that my stomach is hardening, it's hard to breathe and like a pulsation in the lower abdomen. Are these practice contractions?

Кстати, да у меня тож иногда снизу живота пульс какой то, вроде не икота малыша, и что это ? Не опасно ли это? Девочки ответьте пожалуйста
