Ну везде по-разному. Сейчас мне сказали нужно УЗД(12 нкдели)+ анализ на патологии. Ну и стандарт паспорт, прописка.

Действительно по-разному. Я когда становилась на учёт, то нужны были паспорт, прописка и декларация от семейного врача (как я поняла, в связи с коронавирусом, ибо в прошлую беременность этого не просили). На УЗИ направлял врач уже потом врач, после осмотра на кресле.
