Tell me how and what can be used to get rid of headaches? The end of the trimester, they happen not often, but very strong.

Я терпела и с первой и второй беременностью ,спать в этот момент ложилась и холодное полотенце на лоб

Под тёплый душ голову, чай с мёдом, отдых в полной темноте и тишине (по возможности). В крайнем случае, парацетамол, но не более 2-3 таблеток в сутки.

Я спасаюсь только мокрым прохладным полотенцем на лоб и затылок.

Я пластыри покупала,охлаждающие от головной боли или полотенце мокрое на лоб и поспать
